Polish icon Bartosz Zmarzlik clinched his fourth Speedway GP World Championship in five years at the 2023 Torun event, claiming a record-equalling 23rd SGP victory in the process.

Zmarzlik will bid to make more history and become a five-time champion when the 2024 FIM Speedway GP of Poland – Torun brings the curtain down on a full-throttle season of racing on Saturday, September 28.

But with the likes of 2023 Speedway GP runner-up Fredrik Lindgren, Martin Vaculik, Jack Holder, Leon Madsen and Torun rider Robert Lambert chasing him down, plus Polish SGP newcomers Dominik Kubera and Szymon Wozniak, it’s set to be another huge night of racing at the Marian Rose Motoarena as the medals are decided, as well as the top-six automatic qualifiers for 2025.

The Speedway GP trophy is not the only prize on offer in Torun this September as the FIM Speedway Under-21 World Championship winner will be crowned at the FIM SGP2 of Poland – Torun on Friday, September 27.

With back-to-back SGP2 champion Mateusz Cierniak no longer eligible to compete, a new champion is guaranteed as the three-round series climaxes at the Marian Rose Motoarena.
