LAMBERT SIGNS NEW TORUN DEAL AS CHRIS HOLDER JOINS LESZNOLAMBERT SIGNS NEW TORUN DEAL AS CHRIS HOLDER JOINS LESZNO

Great Britain racer Robert Lambert admits he “couldn’t be happier” to be staying with Torun for 2023, while 2012 world champion Chris Holder’s move to Leszno has been confirmed.

Lambert moves into the senior ranks for next season after racing as Torun’s under-24 rider in recent years. The world No.5 has become a big favourite at the Marian Rose Motoarena and can’t wait to return next year.

Posting on Facebook, he wrote: “Deal done. So it’s official now I’m staying in Klub Sportowy Toruń for another two years and I couldn’t be happier about that.”

Elsewhere, Aussie ace Holder has completed his transfer to Leszno after leaving relegated side Ostrow. He joins forces with the likes of former Speedway GP winner Janusz Kolodziej, ex-World Under-21 champions Bartosz Smektala and Jaimon Lidsey, Tobiasz Musielak, Keynan Rew, Grzegorz Zengota, Damian Ratajczak and James Pearson.
