Polish racer Pawel Przedpelski and Danish star Kenneth Bjerre both contributed 12 points for Vastervik as they snatched a 46-44 victory at home to Smederna in Sweden’s Bauhaus Elitserien on Thursday evening.

Former Speedway GP star Bjerre led 2020 World Under-21 champion Jaimon Lidsey to a vital 4-2 in heat 15 over Smederna stars Grzegorz Zengota and Michael Jepsen Jensen to claim the points.

Bjerre racked up 12 paid 14 from six races, with Przedpelski recording 12 paid 13 and Lidsey adding 11.

Great Britain racer Robert Lambert topped Smederna’s scorechart on 14 points, while Zengota accrued 13 paid 14 and Jepsen Jensen notched nine paid 10.

Elsewhere, former world champion Chris Holder stormed to 11 paid 13 points for Indianerna as they thrashed Piraterna 55-35 in Kumla.

He was backed up by 10 paid 11 from French racer David Bellego and a straight 10 from former Danish champion Niels-Kristian Iversen. Aussie champion Max Fricke scored seven paid eight.

Polish rider Oskar Fajfer was Pirates’ top scorer on 12 paid 13, with Czech charger Vaclav Milik tallying 10 and American international Luke Becker collecting nine paid 10 points.
