Great Britain racer Dan Bewley raced to 12 paid 14 points for Dackarna as they triumphed 52-38 at home to near neighbours Vastervik in the Bauhaus Elitserien on Tuesday.

The Cumbrian dropped just one point to an opponent over five rides and was well supported by an 11 paid 12-point haul from Latvian ace Andzejs Lebedevs, with Poland’s world No.3 Maciej Janowski notching nine paid 10 and Danish champion Rasmus Jensen adding nine.

Triple world champion Tai Woffinden topped the Vastervik scoring on 10 points, with double Swedish champion Jacob Thorssell adding nine.

GB star Robert Lambert led Smederna teammate Jaimon Lidsey to a priceless last-heat 5-1 as they snatched a 46-44 victory at home to Piraterna.

The Pirates appeared on course for an away win until Lambert and Lidsey grabbed a maximum ahead of Przemyslaw Pawlicki and Vaclav Milik to snatch the points away.

Former World Under-21 champion Maksym Drabik was Smederna’s top scorer on 12 points, while Lidsey tallied 10 paid 11 and Lambert raced to nine paid 10.

Former Speedway GP star Piotr Pawlicki picked up 15 points from six rides, while his brother Przemek added 10 paid 11 and Milik accrued 11.

The day’s other meeting between Lejonen and Indianerna in Gislaved was postponed due to rain and will be restaged on June 14.
