Aussie icon Jason Doyle raced to 13 points for Indianerna as they racked up a 54-36 victory away to Rospiggarna in Sweden’s Bauhaus Elitserien on Tuesday.

Doyle may have missed out on the Prague FIM Speedway GP of Czech Republic semi-finals on countback last Saturday, but he remains in strong form going into the Wölk FIM Speedway GP of Germany – Teterow this Saturday.

The Newcastle-born racer picked up three wins and two seconds, with Polish star Szymon Wozniak matching his score, finishing third in his opening outing before storming to four straight wins.

Former Aussie champion Rohan Tungate collected 10 paid 11 points, with Krzysztof Buczkowski scoring nine paid 13. SGP2 star Gustav Grahn added four paid five and his rival Bartlomiej Kowalski collected three paid four.

Despite the Hallstavik side’s heavy home defeat, it was a great night for Teterow wild card Kai Huckenbeck, who piled up 14 paid 15 points from seven rides.

Elsewhere, Speedway GP duo Dan Bewley and Maciej Janowski teamed up for a huge 5-1 in heat 15 as Dackarna snatched a last-gasp 46-44 victory over champions Smederna.

Despite the Malilla men going into the last-heat decider two behind, Bewley and Janowski worked their magic, with the Brit ending his night on 10 paid 12 points and the Pole scoring 12 paid 14. Speedway GP first reserve Andzejs Lebedevs notched nine.

Great Britain racer Robert Lambert was Smederna’s top scorer on 10 paid 12 points, with Aussie rider Jaimon Lidsey and Poland’s Maksym Drabik notching nine points apiece and Kacper Woryna scoring eight paid nine. SGP2 star Philip Hellstrom-Bangs scored five.

In the day’s other meeting, Danish star Mikkel Michelsen collected 13 points for Vastervik as they thumped visitors Piraterna 60-30.

Denmark’s Mads Hansen tallied 12 paid 13, with triple world champion Tai Woffinden collecting 10 paid 13 and Bartosz Smektala bagging eight paid 10.

Former Speedway GP star Pawel Przedpelski registered 13 for the visitors with Przemyslaw Pawlicki accruing 12.
